Evaluation License Agreement

for Flexible Safety RTOS by Embedded Office

Thank you for choosing the Flexible Safety RTOS by Embedded Office for your safety-critical projects. This Evaluation License Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for the evaluation of our software.

EVALUATION PERIOD

The Evaluation License for the Flexible Safety RTOS is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of download.
During this evaluation period, you are entitled to receive technical support from our team at no additional cost.

COMMERCIAL LICENSE AND SUPPORT

After the 90-day evaluation period, a commercial license and/or support package must be purchased to continue using the Flexible Safety RTOS for commercial purposes.
The commercial license and support packages provide access to additional features, updates, and dedicated support beyond the evaluation phase.

RESTRICTIONS

The evaluation version of the Flexible Safety RTOS may not be used for commercial purposes without a valid commercial license and/or support package.
Distribution of the evaluation version to third parties is prohibited without prior written consent from Embedded Office.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, remain with Embedded Office.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software during the evaluation period.

TERMINATION

This Evaluation License Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time with written notice.
Upon termination, you agree to cease using the Flexible Safety RTOS and destroy all copies of the software.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

If you use the software covered by this license, you acknowledge that it is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By using the software covered by this license, you acknowledge that Embedded Office cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.

FINAL AGREEMENT

German law shall apply to the exclusion of conflict of laws and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Embedded Office.
